Home and Community - Based Services

Our skilled and compassionate staff offer in-home and community based services designed to help children and families function more effectively in their own environments.

The Child Health Support Services or Parent Aide Services are provided to families in order to strengthen the relationship between parents and their children.

Parenting is a very challenging and often difficult job.

Households can be affected by substance use, mental illness or disability. Parents can become overwhelmed as they try to manage their own lives and their children's development.

We are here to help!

Our staff provide caring, non-judgemental support to you and your family to ease your burden and to make life a little easier.

We work with parents to manage children's challenging behaviors through the development of Positive Behavioral Support Plans.

We help with stress management and conflict resolution.

We help parents identify and access community resources that can help solve problems related to transportation, food, education or income.

Child Health Support Services are funded by the Division of Children, Youth and Families and are offered to families to strengthen the child-parent bond through support, education and guidance.
